Jihad Nir Kekerasan dalam Penafsiran Sholeh Darat Pada Ayat-Ayat Qitāl

Al-Baqarah 190-193 instructs Muslims kill non-Muslims in name Allah or it is called Holy War. scholars, both salaf contemporary, have interpreted this verse with various methods produced ideas. In article, author tries explain Isyari exegesis method that has been by Sholeh Darat produces values Sufism non-violence Islam. With isyari method, interprets word war qitāl,in a within ourselves. Even though he lived during Dutch colonial period, did not necessarily use inflame spirit but nonviolent values, namely self-improvement through controlling emotions, desires, lust. This research found interpretation focused on spiritual, fighting whatever hindered soul from reaching its God. Besides that, Darat's response colonialism will also be presented.
